How do you post pictures

How do you post pictures.
I get the add attachments . I add the picture but nothing comes up.
What am I missing ?

Just clicking the picture will make it bigger. If you'd like it to display bigger from the start, you can right click on the enlarged pic and copy the image location then put it in img tags like this:
