Yeah, good info.  I live a few acres away from a neighbor who's a Captain at a fire dept for city up north.  I had him look over my stash shortly after I moved here to check how safe it was with the stuff in my gun room.  Back in Colorado my gun room was in a corner of the basement.  Here everything is on one floor and my gun room is in an extra bedroom right next to the master suite in one wing of the house.

No problem, he said after looking at the stash. He was unconcerned with the ammo or in storing reloading powder in a powder magazine.  He did say it will be a hell of a fire on that wing of the house but that it certainly wouldn't endanger firefighters.  This video confirms all that.
