Its open to the public but its not exactly local lol usually the first weekend of Dec.

Holy crap. Northern Oregon. And that's right when I-5 starts getting really impassible in Nothern California (Mt. Shasta) Southern Oregon (Grants Pass) and all sorts of fun storms roll through there. I think I may skip that one for the foreseeable future. You don't mess with the side roads in Southern Oregon in winter either so you better stay on I-5.

Here is my EDC rotation on knives. Usually carrying at least 2 of them at a time in any combination depending on day and tasks.

You've got a serious liking for that black Tungsten DLC coating. They look good.

Some of them I have duracoated. Mainly the crkt on the right and the fix blade. I just ordered some G10 to make a couple of custom neck knives.

I have added these into the line up since I am doing some T&E with them. Each is 4"-5" OAL and made of G10. That's right the whole thing is non-metallic G10.

I Carry a tacforce knife I picked up on amazon decent knife but shall be upgrading and expanding my options

So they are G10 - how are they holding up? Edges?

Holding up nicely. Keeping a good edge on them. These aren't designed to replace a metal daily carry but they are working and feel great.

I've had kershaw "onions" for a long time, but I lost my last one a couple months back so my wife bought me a benchmade something or other for Christmas and I love it! I'm not very familiar with benchmade brand but it seems very well made and feels very balanced.

My EDC knife is a little Case Toothpick. I have two in storage incase I lose one. I take other knives along depending on the destination. Such as Dawson, Fallkniven
with a fire steel and Rat 3 with a fire steel.

I roll with a Gerber E-Z out that was my mother's. It stays ridiculously sharp with an Arkansas sharpening stone my grandpa gave me. Keepin' it all in the family.

I know this is an old thread but I cant help but reply.

You know what they say, "once a Marine............" I still carry a tanto blade K-Bar. the same knife I carried in Iraq. Just cant let it go.
