I have been looking at the 6.5 Creedmore as one of the options. I have 2 actions in. One is a short and the other is a long action currently in .308 and 30-06 respectively.

Probably gonna keep one and sell the other so I am just trying to figure out which one I want to keep for a good all around hunting rifle. Lol.

Not a rem 700. Savage 10 currently chamber in 308. Already ripped it apart and getting ready to rebarrel it as well as a new chassis and a paint job. Possibly a bit if mill work in the bolt to lighten it up a little. We shall we

Morning all. Another fun day. At least it isn't Monday. Tweaked my back yesterday at the shop so we shall see how today goes. I guess that's what I get for lifting and setting up a 7' long 2.5" dia piece of stainless steel in the lathe then into the reamer. Man those pieces are heavy. Lol.

You defiantly beat me up yesterday AM good Sir. But I am still awake lol. 0016 right now and I am hostage in the Flagstaff ER. I hate coming to the hospital but my ginger ran into my recently reprofiled and sharpened axe this evening. Went all the way to the bone. I was able to get the bleeding under control but the throbing, discoloration and chance I chipped the bone made me rethink not going to the ER. Luckily, it was on my left index finger so trigger finger is clear and shooting tomorow, or today, is gonna still be on. Lol.

Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day today. Remember those brothers who have not come home.
Memorial Day is great for a day off and a BBQ but it isn't the reason.

Well I'm up late again. I spent tonight( last night) unpacking ammo deliveries and purchases(about 2500 more Rds this week), and now am able to start filling the Second Crate I bought( a Winchester one on locking wheels). I think that one will be just 22LR, 223/5.56, 308/7.62, 30-06, and Shotgun shells. I have so much 9MM, 38/357, and now 45LC that I had to get a larger one for all the longer rifle rounds....also redistributing guns between my old Safe and my new Winchester Safe...also writing reads for the return of the Firearms Chat podcast, which comes out of Hiatus in 2 weeks, hopefully by then with a new host Website and some new sponsors. We have two sponsors that stayed with us. We'd love to have some of the vendors here as guests, and as sponsors if they like.
