When Keeping it real goes wrong. Lulz
« on: December 17, 2014, 02:35:04 pm »
I've noticed that in the last couple of years there has been a trend in recording police while rightfully questioning the law But now it it seems as if people are going out of their way to provoke this and act like they're lawyers just because they watched some "know your rights" video on the interwebs. This is happens when you don't know what the hell you're talking about.  :rotfl

Bullets are the only things that do their job only after they're fired.

    That was funny.

Dude... if you're going to debate the cops, which I have no problem with, know what you're talking about.  A lawful order is a lawful order.  Just give him the stupid license and insurance card and continue the debate after that.  :smh

Wow, imagine that.  :rotfl It's funny that people can be SOOOOO stupid that they can't predict what is going to happen in that situation. That guy was hoping for a lawsuit and all he got was a free ride to the pokey.  :rotfl

I guess he just had that one coming.  :rotfl. I could never understand why people do this.  The cop will react in one of two ways:

    A. Grow tired of your bullshit.
    B. Not be in any mood to put up with your bullshit.

How thats worth a beat down is beyond me.

I'm just gonna leave these here...

Policemag is spot-on. The rise of the internet has given stupidity a much louder voice, and I've also seen a slew of citizens who've watched too many "know your rights" videos and have passed the point of 'exercising their rights', and informing others of their rights, to just being a dick. :coffee

I am actually surprised that the officer allowed him to move around that much to begin with....

Me too. There are lots of other videos where the subjects are constantly moving around and reaching for things with absolutely no regard for the threat that they appear to be to that officer. I've always known to remove any hats, hoods, etc. and keep my hands visible with no sudden movements when interacting with officers. A couple of instances of this stupidity have left me wondering how that person didn't end up getting shot.

I am amazed at the amount of patience and restraint these officers show.
