The gun show in Glendale this weekend is at the Cardinal's Stadium...is it worth a trip from Tucson...pretty big show?

Second biggest, next to the Crossroads show at the Fairgrounds (outdoor version).  Basically as big as a football field (which sounds bigger than it looks when you see it).  *shrug*

I live two miles away so it's no big deal for me.  But I'm not sure I'd drive up from Tucson for it.   :-\

The gun shows in Tucson have been pretty small and far between.. I might head up to "the big city" and take it in... Not sure yet.

I don't go to this one because it's too small for me considering the distance I have to drive and I live in S/E Gilbert.

I went once and I wasn't impressed, plus they don't sell primers or powder there, so I'm kinda disappointed.

OTOH, parking is free.

I did see at least one dealer there who was selling reloading supplies and did have powder. Not sure if he had primers or not.   Bought a nice Gen 2 Glock 19 at a very reasonable price though.

Interesting since the word is the Fire Marshal won't allow primers or powder in that venue.

However, the same is true of the Cashman center in Lost Wages and yet I've seen primers and powder there at a gun show.

I guess you could put 'em out and the worst that could happen is the Fire Marshal tells you to take 'em out to your truck.

The AC is nice & free parking makes it cheaper, but the show is cramped.  Went once the first time they held it there.  Haven't been back.
