Larry Vickers: Why I'm Fat

That was pretty inspiring.  Especially seeing him getting his sweat on in a crossfit gym. 

I'm a big fan of Larry Vickers without a doubt.  I have to say... with all he's done, he can be as heavy as he wants as far as I'm concerned.  Not to mention that he could probably gain another 50lbs and still f*** up a guy half his age.

It cracks me up when people judge a book by its cover. Talk smack around Vickers, then try to follow it up with actions- chances are you end up "drain bramaged" at best.

Hey wonder if all the skinny beautiful people walk up to Steven Seagal now that he's pudgy & try to start something? I mean he's fat, right? What can he do?

I sort of laughed at that video because I understand him. I have, admittedly gained a few pounds since I retired. I feel his pain though as I have stuff wrong with my body and wake with pain daily as some of you know. I do what I can when I can. So what if I have out on some pounds since I retired. I never much cared what people said about me personally so let folks think I am fat or overweight. I know who I am, what I have done and where I have been.

I like that Vickers is a bad ass that doesn't have a chip on his shoulder and just does his own thing. Good for him.

Im also a great fan of Vickers.In the video in the background on a shelf are several Armored models.Is that also Larrys hobby?
