Your probably in the range of $650-$800.00.

    It's only chambered for 2 3/4 ?

I have bought 2 LT's here in the valley for $440 and the other for $475.  On Gunbroker they are closer to $525 to $700 depending on the various variations of the guns. The screw in chokes bring around $50 to $75 more depending on the length of barrels. The 21" barreled guns are more difficult to locate than the 28" so more money for them. The Skeet versions are more but I have never seen one.  I have a 20 gauge Clays gun with screw in chokes that has 30" barrels on a light weight frame and those new were almost $1300. The prices are all over the place and most non Remington fans don't see the reason for the value. And all the LT's came in 2 3/4" chambering.
