After I got my new load zeroed for my Barrett m99 my swfa SS fixed 10x decided to take a shit on me.

Saw that on Facebook.  Did it just come off under recoil?

Dang!!! Are they rated for .50bmg or was this just part of a bad batch?

A friend had one that went bad ( lost the use of elevation). took the elev. knob off and found the plastic gears were stripped.

When I had my Barrett I went through 2 swfa optics on it, i did not want to put my nightforce in the thing and since swfa claimed theirs were 50 proof I said fuck it.  Blew out a 10x and a 16x.  Both turned the recticles sideways after about 10 rounds

I'm pretty happy with the one I got from you car-ram-rod. Granted it only sits on a 6.8.
