M1 Carbine (pics)
« on: November 12, 2012, 04:00:39 pm »
Last month many of you may remember that I was duped into buying an M1 Carbine.  This weekend I finally got around to taking some quick pictures of it.  Not my best work, but not bad.  Here it is...

I haven't shot it yet, but I will here one of these days.

Great looking gun. Be sure to give us the range report!!!

If you happen to find a reasonably priced Springfield .30-40 Krag, help me out. It wouldn't be so bad to be duped into that. I've been looking for one and saw precisely one in the past 6 months locally and it was in a very bad way.  :-\

Nice. I am sure once you shoot it, you won't mind getting "duped" into buying it.   :)

Good looking rifle you got.  And all the extra to go along with it is extra nice.  I picked up a Rockola 30 years ago or so and had to add sling/oiler and ammo poach afterwards.  You'll love shooting it.  They're a sweet little rifle.  ~Craig
