SBR Waiting Period Question
« on: August 30, 2019, 06:59:30 am »
If I were to apply for a SBR stamp for an AR pistol that I would like to convert to an SBR, can I continue to keep and shoot the pistol until my stamp is processed or does the pistol get turned in to the NFA dealer for the duration of the application process?

Regards

    Shoot away.
Just keep the buttstock off it and brace on (assuming you’re using a brace).
Also, make sure to get the engraving done before you put the stock on.
