    Mine looks very similar to that. Don't have pics here at work, but I found that making the base larger, and in two large "loops" helps keep it from tipping over on windy days. My last base I filled with quickrete concrete, but it was too damned heavy.

    I also have a vertical loop about 5 feet high with clips (not magazines) attached for hanging cardboard.

    Sometimes I actually miss the PVC.
