Ravencrest Tactical
« on: February 06, 2015, 09:57:34 am »
I purchased a spring loaded knife from a gun show table a few months ago in Tucson and it stopped being spring loaded for some reason.
I contacted the company and immediately received an RMA to return it to their Mesa location.  No question were asked and it was returned very quickly with a form to complete for lifetime warranty registration. Outstanding. :thumbup :thumbup

Great knives. I have several, a couple for work and some for fidgeting with.

Always great to hear of companies with good service...and warranty.  There are lots of the other kind around.
