Speaking purely for myself, NO I don't want to.

Given the now comparatively high cost of ammo, I no longer go shooting without a specific purpose in mind. I'll tolerate burning through ammo for training any day of the week. That said I'm cutting back on what I classify to be recreational shooting.

I hear you loud and clear. Well, on the other hand this can be considered training too. As least, it is for me :)
Well, if you change your mind, you are still welcome.

lol, kinda how many feel about anything AZCDL mentioned here,

good luck, i shoot a lot, and probably am a better shooter than most on here, the cost of ammo means nothing if you arent accurate, and the onlyway to be accurate is to practice, its not like riding a bike, for sure.

have fun, shoot what ya brung, and no braggin as no one gives a shiate. :whistle

What, precisely, do you think you know about my "pistol shooting skills".    :-)

I know precisely nothing about your pistol shooting skills, so why don't you come to the match and show us what you got?  ;-)
Seriously, I do enjoy competing against better shooters than I am, it motivates me to train harder.

Its a long drive to play a game I'm not interested in but thanks for posting the announcement for those who are.

Agreed but I can do that where I am.  Perhaps you can attend the match and show the OP how its done.
