WTB Glock 26 Gen 4
« on: September 28, 2021, 04:49:03 pm »
I'm looking for a Glock 26 gen 4. I would prefer to deal locally than going through a website. I do have my CCW and cash in hand. Let me know what you have, must be in good shape. Thank you for your time!

I might be able to help you.  What is the difference a gen2 and a gen4?  Are gun stores out of them?  What is one worth?

They aren't out I've just found more gen 5s than gen 4s in store. Personally I like the finger grooves and being able to change out the back straps on the gen4. I've found quite a few online, but I'm impatient and don't want to wait for shipping. I've seen them between $374-500. I've also seen them marked higher.

I have a G26, gen 4 that was my EDC until I switched to a Hellcat.
The G26 is a sweet gun and I don't think I would want to sell it as I have no idea what I would replace it with.

It's actually pretty funny. I tried really hard not to be a Glock fan, but I shoot them well. I now own a 43 and 19. I have the 26 and 20 on my list. I looked at the hellcat, but the 43 felt the best in my hand, how do you like it?

I really like the Hellcat both as a shooter and for EDC.

I have the FDE with Hex optic.  I just upgraded to the APEX trigger and am going out today to shoot the new trigger.  It feels smooth and crisp.

I do like to shoot the G26 but much prefer the Hellcat.  The size and weight are ideal (for me) as a carry gun.
My favorite shooter was a G19 that I gave to my grandson.
