I purchased a spring loaded knife from a gun show table a few months ago in Tucson and it stopped being spring loaded for some reason.
I contacted the company and immediately received an RMA to return it to their Mesa location.  No question were asked and it was returned very quickly with a form to complete for lifetime warranty registration. Outstanding. :thumbup :thumbup

    Great knives. I have several, a couple for work and some for fidgeting with.
